HALF THE SKY

I was moved by the book and documentary Half the Sky which speak to transforming the oppression of women into opportunity. The state of the world will not be fully whole until this humanitarian issue changes from one of horrific statistics and vile actions to true equality and hope for a better future for so many women around the world.
